CAA operates the latest generation aircraft manufactured by leading companies in the industry. The aircraft include Single Engine Cessna 172R & Multi Engine Diamond DA42 (Both with Garmin 1000 Glass Cockpit) and Multi Engine Piper Seneca IV. Our students get real-time experience as they fly the best aircraft while training with us.
CAA has upgraded its training fleet of single engine Cessna 172-R and twin engine Diamond DA 42 aircraft with Continental CD-135 engines, which operate with Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF). Ready availability of ATF, as compared to AVGAS ensures that the fleet is always available for flying.
CAA’s fleet of aircraft is one of the youngest in India & Asia. The experience of flying our new generation aircraft is an ideal gateway to commercial airlines.
Simulator training forms an integral part of the pilot training courses offered at CAA. Our two state of the art simulators, approved by DGCA, are replicas of the Single Engine Cessna 172R and Diamond DA42 (Both with Garmin 1000 Glass Cockpit). The projection of 120-degree field of view allows students to comprehend the flying experience in various airports and real life situations.
Our Ground training is conducted in IT-enabled classrooms equipped with high-speed Wi-fi and LCD projectors. The CAA library provides its students with a wide range of learning, reference and course material in the form of books, magazines, manuals and multimedia.
Our 11,000 sq ft fully equipped maintenance facility has all the requisite tools and test equipment. Our qualified engineers and skilled technicians have global experience to conduct all types of servicing and maintenance schedules required for safe and efficient operation of our fleet. Our software program maintains the large inventory of spares, ensuring minimum downtime for the aircraft. M/s Technify Motors, Germany has appointed Chimes Aviation Pvt. Ltd. as the Master Installation Center and Service Center for Centurion engines, with right of distribution in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
